Seeking Immediate Relief?

If your family is facing a childhood cancer diagnosis, we are here to help shoulder the financial burden so you can focus on what matters most — healing.

Requirements to Apply

The child must be under 18 years of age and have a verified cancer diagnosis from a licensed medical professional. The family must demonstrate financial need resulting from the diagnosis.

What to Include

A written summary of your child's story, your family's current situation, and the specific areas where you need the most help (housing, groceries, transport, school supplies, etc.).

Video Submission (Required)

A video is required for all applications. Record a brief video message from your child or family sharing your story and upload it directly through the form below. This helps our review committee connect with your family personally.

What Happens Next

Our review committee evaluates every submission within 5–7 business days. Approved families are contacted directly to coordinate immediate relief.
